• Interaction Logs: We collect data generated through the usage of your deployed AI agents, including chat history, API requests, timestamps, and deployment endpoints, to ensure operational performance.
• Billing Data: Payment processing is handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Osentio does not store your full credit card details or bank account info; we only receive transaction statuses, subscription states, and basic billing identifiers from Paddle.

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our AI agent platform.
• Train and fine-tune your specific AI agents based on your uploaded data.
• Process transactions, renewals, and manage subscriptions via Paddle.
• Improve, personalize, and expand platform features and user experience.
• Understand and analyze how you use our platform and APIs.
• Communicate with you for customer support, system updates, and security alerts.

We do not sell your personal data or training data. We share information only in the following instances:

• Merchant of Record (Paddle): To process payments, prevent billing fraud, and handle subscription invoicing.
• Sub-processors (AI & LLM Providers): To process natural language queries and generate responses through secure API endpoints (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini). Your data is transmitted securely and is governed by strict enterprise privacy terms that prohibit these providers from using your data to train public baseline models.
• Legal Compliance: When required by law, regulation, or legal process to protect the rights, property, or safety of Osentio, our users, or the public.

Osentio implements robust technical and organizational security measures to protect your account and training data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All data transmissions are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols, and knowledge base stores are isolated per tenant.

We retain your personal data and uploaded knowledge base files for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your uploaded knowledge base files or request full account erasure at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
